   This is city staff justifying its own existence.

   We can’t think of anything productive to do, so let’s make some work for ourselves.

   Anybody checked out the pocket park between 4th and 3rd street (south side). The maintenance of that park is shameful (but maybe that wasn’t in the master plan!).

   I believe you’ve posted pictures before, Lynn. Checked it out the other day, nothing much has changed, brick popping up, graffiti, broken glass. No lights at night. Nothing says “neglect” as much as a city which suggests this is the best it can do.
