Hey, that is a lot of arrests for a so-called fine, upstanding city! Judging by the mugshots, they do not look like expensive prostitutes, the kind allegedly previously favored by Elliot Spitzer.

I recently met a family who moved from Naperville to Madison a year or so ago. When I told them about DeKalb’s ambition to become the next Naperville, they were incredulous.
