It is with the GREATEST JOY that I announce that the Rockefeller Group has withdrawn its application for the general development plan for almost 2 Million square feet of warehouse in Upper Freehold Township (bordering Allentown, NJ). IT is a happy day!!!!!

Wow, the tide is changing. People are finally discovering that “Done Deals” are never done until everybody gives up!

Some day after we’ve run out of oil and these warehouses will be sitting empty cluttering up our landscape like ruins of some forgotten civilization–vacant caves with wind blowing through their crumbling walls—
